Greetings!
Few things are as gratifying as helping others live a healthier, freer, more fulfilling life. Touch, energy and the sub-conscious mind are powerful and natural healers that are easily accessible and life changing.
In addition to Reflexology, Ortho-Bionomy® and Hypnosis services, I also offer products that promote greater health for you, your home and the planet. My pledge is to sell products that I love to use myself.

For over twenty years, Carla has worked with individuals and groups in the area of natural health and personal wellness in a private practice setting in Wheaton, Illinois.
She has presented numerous programs on the benefits of touch, stress management, relaxation and self-care to groups including the Illinois Mental Health Counselor's Association, the Pastoral Associates of the Archdiocese of Chicago, as well as professional women, high school teachers and hospice volunteers.
As a faculty member for ten years at the Wellness & Massage Training Institute in Woodridge, Illinois Carla taught classes in Ethics and Communications Skills, as well as other subjects.
Carla has written articles about self-care for women that were published in Today's Chicago Woman Magazine, Metro Parent Magazine and All For You. She also contributed a column to the Ortho-Bionomy® News, a quarterly professional newsletter.
Over the years, Carla's practice has been featured in The Doings Newspaper and The Naperville Sun in articles on reflexology and self-care for women. Her own journey with weight loss, body image and self-acceptance was included in the article "How To Love Your Body," Woman's Day Magazine (August 5, 1997)
